Becoming a partner:
Rule No 1: Franchise = Partner!
Becoming Al Oumara partner is simple and is based on the following process:
- Expression of Interest:
The process starts with
you sending us an official letter expressing your interest in becoming a partner,
and the geographic area you would like to own and operate Al Oumara in. Your
letter should be accompanied by a description of your company and previous business
experience.
- Introductory telephone Interview:
After reviewing your expression of interest documents, we will contact your representative for an initial interview over the phone to get a feel for our potential as successful partners. If we click, we will sign confidentiality agreement and assess your qualifications physically.
- Qualifying to become a partner:
Following are our main qualifications for becoming a partner:
* Be financially sound.
* Display expertise in the food and beverage industry.
* Display solid business expertise within the region you are opting for.
* Share our passion for Al Oumara.
The first three qualifications will be assessed through your audited financial statements for the last 3 years up to date. In addition to any other material, we may request you to submit that could assist us in our assessment. These will be handled with complete confidentiality and hence the request for a confidentiality agreement to be signed.
Note:
Though there is preference for potential partners to display experience within
the food and beverage field, our support systems coupled with your reliable
business experience will allow for you to be considered.
- Signing a contract:
Upon qualifying, we will sign a comprehensive contract that will cover all aspects of our partnership and will assign you the territorial rights agreed to.
- Acquiring Store Locations:
Once a contract is signed, you will begin work on acquiring your first location. We will assist you with deciding on a location. Once you have your first site, you will be provided all the support needed to open your first Al Oumara.

Your first store is ready! Take pride in the fact you are about to enjoy the satisfaction of being Al Oumara owner.
