Technology In order to bring the consumers the finest quality and taste, Al Oumara bakery in khaldeh has been equipped with the latest machinery and technology. Each kind of bread is baked in specialized equipment for better results. The production lines delivers 25.000 wraps of Oriental bread every day and a wide range of French bread, making Al Oumara the most important bakery in Lebanon and the Arab world. Hygiene With and added concern for cleanliness, Al Oumara applies the European food hygiene criteria. From the moment the flour enters the bakery until it becomes bread and is packed, it remains untouched by human hands. So when it arrives to the consumer, it is not only fresh and tasty, but completely healthful, too. Using healthy water is another concern for Al Oumara bakery. In order to fulfill their aim, they purified the water which arrives to the machinery through stainless steel pipes. Products Al Oumara, Khaldeh, counts six floors. Four of them with their own equipment, are dedicated to specific lines of products: - The third floor is reserved for the making of delicious Oriental pastry. - The second floor is used for pastry and pancakes. - In the first basement, you'll find the French "baguette", the hamburger bun, the sandwich loaf, the "pain au lait", the hot dog bread and the "canapé". - The second basement is for Oriental bread. With three production lines, this floor produces the largest quantity of Oriental bread in Lebanon. You'll find all these products in the showroom on the ground floor, in the supermarkets and in different points of sale across the country. Distribution When all the products are ready, 20 trucks ensure efficient distribution to carry them to the supermarkets, mini markets and drugstores throughout Lebanon so that every family enjoys Al Oumara's good taste and quality. |
